I’m Happins, the pinsa it is a pleasure to share. How can you recognise me? I’m crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. The mix of flours is what makes me special as well as all the time I sit there and rise. I am made by hand, and it’s plain to see: there is no other Happins just like me. I don’t want to boast, but I am super-light. You know, I don’t like being a burden. I detest being bored and love to change flavours: every dinner with me will be different. I have an Italian heart and was born to be in good company. Invite me to your home, for a lunch or aperitivo, and everything will have a different taste. Are you ready to be Happins?
Like any true Italian, I bring along a deep love for good food and good company. I am made with flours selected all around the world, which is why I am so cosmopolitan.
To be the very best, I take my time. That’s just the way I am, I like to rest for 48 hours.My dough needs to be worked very slowly, with two different leavening times. Then, I’m ready to be spread out by hand. Take a good look at me: no other Happins is just like me!
I am the most unrefined pinsa there is. I use whole grain flours that preserve all parts of the grain, add a drop of extra virgin olive oil, and… here I am: crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. With me you can bring an intense taste to the table, fragrant like a field of wheat.
I love making natural choices that respect the environment. This is why I only use the best organic ingredients: flours, extra virgin olive oil, and sourdough starter, just like mother nature makes them. I have no trace of GMOs nor chemical additives. By Bio, I’m so good!
