Preparation

    Turn on the oven and wait until it reaches 220°C.

    In the meantime, dice the mozzarella and cut the grilled peppers into strips. Don’t get carried away with the tasting, now!

    Put the salami slices on the pinsa, add the mozzarella and roasted peppers. Don’t be shy, go for it!

    Bake in the oven for 5/7 minutes. Et Voilà, your pinsa is ready to be enjoyed. But don’t get too carried away, remember you have guests too!
