Preparation

    Preheat your oven to 220°C. Wash and dry the baby spinach and stir the ricotta with a fork until it becomes nice and creamy.

    Bake your Happins for 5/7 minutes, take it out of the oven, spread the ricotta cream on top and add the baby spinach leaves.

    A drizzle of olive oil and it is ready to be served. Be prepared, everyone will ask for seconds!
