Ingredients

Preparation

  1. 1.

    Preheat the oven at 220°C and bake Happins for 5/7 minutes. It is ready whenever it has just the right shade of golden brown you love.

    Stir the ricotta with a fork until it becomes creamy. Roughly chop up the walnuts.

  3. 3.

    Take the pinsa out of the oven and spread the ricotta on top (don’t be shy with the ricotta!). To conclude, add a drizzle of honey and a handful of chopped walnuts.

  4. 4.

    Et voilà! Your dessert has been served.

A sweet pinsa you will love at first bite!

FOR A MORE SOPHISTICATED TASTE try it with a few drops of balsamic vinegar
