Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake your Happins for 5/7 minutes, until it has just the right shade of golden brown you love.

    Prepare the veggies by chopping them the way you prefer and then put them on the pinsa.

    Season with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

    Serve while still hot. Your friends will be happy to see spring arrive!
