Cut the banana into slices while your Happins bakes in the oven at 220°C (for 5/7 minutes) until it has just the right shade of golden brown you love.
As soon as you take it out of the oven, spread Nutella on the pinsa (what are you doing, are you licking your fingers?)
You’re almost there: add the banana slices and pieces of coconut (a little sprinkle of coconut flour on top would be perfect too).
Absolute pleasure is served!
