Preparation

    Preheat a fan oven to 220°C and bake the pinsa for 5/7 minutes.

  2. 2.

    In the meantime, spread a bit of pesto on a piece of bread (for you, not for the pinsa!)

  3. 3.

    The pinsa is ready! Drizzle it with oil, some pesto, the cooked ham, and… black olives like there is no tomorrow!

  4. 4.

    Cut into pieces and enjoy. Can you hear the birds sing?
