Bake the pinsa in the oven for about 5-7 minutes at 220°C. It is ready whenever it has just the right shade of golden brown you love!
While it is in the oven, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the mozzarella into small cubes.
Do you smell that? Take the pinsa out of the oven, put the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella on top, season with salt, a drizzle of oil, and a few basil leaves.
