Preparation

   Preheat the oven to 220°C. In the meantime, cut the grilled peppers into strips and thinly slice the onion. I know, onion makes you cry, but it will pay off later!

   Season Happins with a drizzle of olive oil and all the other ingredients.

3. 3.

   Put in the oven, 5/7 minuts (always keep an eye on the oven!) and it’s ready to eat!
