Preparation

    Turn the oven on at 220°C. When it is hot, put your Happins in the oven for 5-7 minutes. It is ready whenever it has just the right shade of golden brown you love!

    Now get to work! Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and prepare the hummus by mixing a tin of chickpeas with one tablespoon of tahini.

    Take the pinsa out of the oven and spread the hummus on top, then add the tomatoes and basil leaves.

    Season with a drizzle of olive oil and serve. Your journey of flavours can begin!
