    Preheat the oven to 220°C, bake the pinsa for 5/7 minutes.

    Now it’s time to take it out of the oven. Do you smell that delicious smell?

    Add a drizzle of oil, be generous with the cured ham, decorate with a few rocket leaves and sprinkle with shaved parmesan.

FOR A SOPHISTICATED TOUCH add a few drops of balsamic vinegar and fresh figs (instead of the rocket!)
