Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220°C, scald the asparagus in boiling water and rinse the shrimps.

    Top your Happins by alternating asparagus and shrimps, add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Is your mouth watering?

    Bake in the oven for 5/7 minutes and, before serving, add the last irresistible touch: a few tufts of rosemary for a last pinch of aroma.
