    Put Happins in the oven at 220°C for 5/7 minutes. It is ready whenever it has just the right shade of golden brown you love!

    While it is baking, wash your favourite fruit (seasonal fruit, so it is even tastier!)

    Take the pinsa out of the oven, spread the marmalade on top and add a good handful of your berries.

  4. 4.

    Beautiful, right? Put it on the table. Your family can’t wait to taste it!

Who said you can only eat pinsa at lunch or dinner? This pinsa is amazing at breakfast as well!
