Preheat the oven to 220°C, then send the pinsa to the sauna for 5/7 minutes.
While you wait, crumble up the tuna. Then cut the onion into slices: I know, it’s hard work, but someone needs to do it!
Dry off your tears, take the pinsa out of the oven, and put the onion and tuna on top.
A drizzle of olive oil, and your pinsa is ready! Can you feel that taste? Too good to be true!
