Enjoy it with a light craft beer
Turn on the oven, take it to 220°C and bake the pinsa for 5/7 minutes. It is ready whenever it has just the right shade of golden brown you love!
While you wait, split the tuna into small pieces and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. And keep your hands off those tomatoes, they are for the pinsa!
Take the pinsa out of the oven nice and hot and top it straight away with the tuna, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and a drizzle of oil.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
