Heat the oven to 220°C and bake Happins for 5/7 minutes (it is ready whenever it has just the right shade of golden brown you love!)
Call the kids: they will be happy to cut the würstel into rounds and the tomatoes in halves.
When the pinsa is just out of the oven, put the würstel rounds, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on top.
The last touch? Tear the rosemary leaves into smaller pieces and sprinkle them on top. Complete with a drizzle of olive oil. It’s a guaranteed success!
